...Boring.

Graphically, this is one of the most beautiful flash animations I've ever seen.

That said. The fight dragged on, too much of the same thing. I won't even get into the emo animuish plot, save for the fact that I could see what was coming... and hoped I was wrong.

I see a lot of effort in the visuals and the audio, but zero in the story department.

Lol, I say.

"OMG he's singing". Ha.

Every part of this was funny.

Mkay... how?

I can see it being time-consuming if you just used one textbox... but this was basically a bunch of tweens across the screen of various textboxes... So really, there was no real difference from more regular animation, except this was.. huh...

It's an interesting idea, sure, but...

KyleDaFox responds:

There were very few tweens. Mostly FBF. There's a big difference between regular animation and this, it is letters, the animation is letterrs, there is nothing that is drawn, just letters, very few tweens, FBF.

Not even bad...

Pretty frickin' awesome, there. At least in comparison to... y'know... other flash-based animations. Plus, you managed to at least keep the power levels SOMEWHAT intact. I mean, sure, Vejitto's insanely strong and a Majin form would be just ridiculous, but you didn't try to water it down like most fanboys (or as in DBGT), instead opting to include an SSJ2 Mystic form. Since you don't have much time to have stuff occur in any one episode - and thus can't afford to have the more scrutinizing viewers thinking about plot inconsistencies, or else they'll be half-out for the whole episode and blam it - it was a good decision to at least throw in some question as to how strong anyone is.

Though, I feel I should tell you this: In SSJ3 form, at that point in the story, the fusion between Goten and Trunks could only be maintained for 5 minutes, as opposed to 30. And the Goku half of Vejitto would probably know that. So, I dunno, maybe in the next thing, just kinda... whatever. Just bringing it to attention.

All in all, a very damn nice animation. Woot for you.

See, now this was ACTUALLY funny.

Sure, it was cheaply made, no sound (which is really where all the punch comes from) and a ripoff of someone else's work, essentially... But it was actually funny. All you retarded people who rip off Bonus Stage and try and pimp it at the cost of all humor could learn something here.

HAM-Mosessess responds:

It's edu-freakin-tainment is what this is.

Okay, sure, why not.

Ahh, I remember the good old days, when you actually had to be good at something to make a tutorial on it. Sadly, times have changed.

Oh, and yes, I did notice the major problem with the movie. It blew.

Now, what you should do is actually use more than one sprite. And don't interchange them haphazardly. You've got one sprite of Sonic running, like a paper cutout, then he goes up and then you use one frame again, but it's a different sprite from a different game. This leads me to assume that not only were you too lazy to make a movieclip of running, you were too lazy to bother ensuring it was the same sprite sheet. That, and a total overuse of the very lazily done transformations. And the text was jerky and some was on for too little time to read. Essentially, it was unpleasant.

I can see what you're trying to do by helping people, and I commend you for it. Thing is, you generally have to be better than that before it'll do any good.

Zornkatzu responds:

Ok. I'm going to clear up one thing about the movie. That sprite movie was made when I was first introduced to flash. At that time, I didn't even know what a movie clip was. I used that sorry excuse of a sprite movie, to help show people what NOT to do.

Now, about the Sonic sprite, your correct I didn't use a movie clip as I should have. Why? Because when this was made, I didn't know how at the time of its creation.

However, I believe you are mistaken about the sprites. When Sonic is running, then goes up a hill and continues, it is indeed the same sprite. If you are referring to the motion tween portion of the tutorial, then you are correct. I lost the original sheet, and since it was simply a run through anyhow, I used a sprite from the other sheet I had.

I believe you were very blunt in your review, however I thank you for speaking your mind. And yes, my next flash will be much, much better.

It is to rofl.

See, what made it funny is that you take what are ordinarily the two most annoying monsters in the game, and make them even more annoying through matrix ripoffs, funny voices, and annoying songs.

You, sir are God. I can finally actually quote "W00T!! ALL MY 5 R BELONG TO THIS!"

Ha.

Even if it was plagiarized, it's only a truly horrible thing if you don't admit it. You did. Good.

Extremely funny. And the original was extremely funny.

HAHAHA

When the dinosaur guy came up (Can't remember his name but the show was doomed to fail anyway) that was the funniest damn thing in the history of time.

ThreeStar responds:

The show's name was Dinosaurs... and I'm pretty sure the dinosaur dad was named... Earl?

Anyway, glad you liked it. We had fun making it. ;D

Don't tween so goddamn much.

Seriously. Every time you tween, God kills a kitten.

Actually, every time you tween, you're used to a faster speed, so you're less likely to think through choreography and more likely to just put a random position and have it look like crap.

But I would like to know what the song's title is.
